If your're an artist or crafter, or parent, or teacher, or just a plain old person who likes cool things, you HAVE to visit SCRAP B-more (in charm city, hon). It's an upcycler's heaven on earth. SERIOUSLY. Art and craft bits, supplies, doo-dads, fabrics, sewing supplies, beads, and even stuff you never knew you needed can be found here. And it's all donated and resold for ridiculously affordable prices.
